This programme is about You, and how I can help You to reach your own goal of wellbeing. In brief, what we can do together to make it happen for you. I can be your coach or guide, but the actual work is up to you. I have a wide variety of “tools” in my toolbox, including such as yoga, modern nutritional science, and ayurveda. In addition I work together with other specialists in alternative health. During the first session we discuss and look into your situation. Based on this I propose you a plan, and then we decide about the rest.
